Founded in 2000, Crown Capital Partners has been providing growth capital to established mid-market businesses seeking an alternative to traditional capital providers such as banks and private equity funds. Companies seek Crown for event-driven transactions including recapitalizations, growth financings, acquisitions and management buyouts.



Verta Marketing started working with Crown Capital to help redesign and rebrand their media assets and utilize it to drive leads. A wide range of our services were executed, this includes a corporate website, optimized pitch decks, corporate photos and headshots, email newsletters, LinkedIn automation, and other supported marketing efforts.

Our web development team redefined the website’s and pitch deck’s visual style from the ground up, spearheading each step from research, sitemap and wireframing, graphic design, coding and launching the site. The update brought a more modern feel, shaping existing brand elements through colour choices, logos and infographics.

As the company closed two major transactions in early 2020, we were tasked in increasing Crown’s brand awareness in the finance field as well as managing their communication initiatives on social media and email newsletters to promote the latest company news and investment deals.

Ahead of their Fall 2020 fundraising campaign, one of our major successes with Crown is instituting a lead generation LinkedIn automation strategy that resulted in 600+ leads in the wealth management, fund raising, and portfolio management space in just 3 months. These leads were organized and managed on behalf of crown capital partners through our custom CRM solution, Sage Verta.
